Michael Moreau, Co-Founder and COO
As COO of ReviNet, Mike is responsible for the demand side of the business, advertising operations, and optimization. Mike, along with the other members of the senior team, focuses on strategy and product development. Prior to starting ReviNet in December 2008, Mike spent nearly 8 years in the publishing world at Boston.com, a premium content site with over 6 million monthly unique visitors. At Boston.com, Mike held a variety of analytical, sales development, and business development roles. During the last few years at Boston.com as Senior Digital Revenue Manager, most of Mike’s time was spent driving revenue from ad networks through relationship building, tough negotiations, and optimization. It was this role that ignited Mike’s passion for online advertising, network optimization, and growing revenue for premium publishers. Before joining Boston.com in 2001, Mike worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP. He holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |

Richard Gair, Chief Financial Officer
Richard is responsible for all financial and administration matters at ReviNet. Prior to joining ReviNet, Richard was Vice President & General Manager at Boston.com, A true digital pioneer, Richard joined Boston.com in 1995 prior to the site’s launch. While at Boston.com, Richard led the Finance, Advertising Operations, Analytics and Human Resources teams. He had oversight over the development of strategic partnerships that enhanced the content offerings and revenue opportunities for the web site. Under Richard’s leadership, Boston.com grew to be the largest regional web site in the country both in terms of revenue and usage. Prior to joining Boston.com, Richard held a variety of financial roles for the Boston Globe. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company. Richard is a graduate of Boston College and a Certified Public Accountant. |

Laura Connolly, Director of Advertising Operations
Laura leads an experienced team of advertising operations professionals who are responsible for handling all implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and ad quality requests for ReviNet’s premium publishers. Prior to joining ReviNet, Laura began her career as a National Sales Assistant for Clear Channel Radio, and then made the switch to the digital space as an Advertising Operations Coordinator at Boston.com. With her determined problem-solving drive, combined with her experience in advertising operations at a top online publisher, Laura is committed to delivering the highest quality advertising optimization solution to ReviNet’s client base. Laura graduated from Boston College with a major in Communications and a minor in History. |

Becky Parker, Director of Network Relations
As Director of Network Relations, Becky’s main responsibility is establishing and cultivating our direct network relationships, while negotiating the highest possible rates for our publishers. Since our clients vary in size, content, site layout, and ad quality requirements, Becky identifies networks that align well with each publisher’s goals. Prior to joining ReviNet, Becky was the Director of Publisher Services at Burst Media, where she worked with 5,000 publishers to drive maximum results. This experience gave Becky the unique experience of learning what is important to publishers, ad networks, and advertisers. This view into the entire online advertising spectrum proved to be invaluable experience that is applied to her current position on a daily basis. Becky also worked in the Advertising Department of Mullen Advertising after graduating from Bentley College in 2003. |

Christy Smith, Senior Director Publisher Sales
Christy Smith is responsible for all sales and activations of the ReviNet solution to large-scale premium web publishers and media companies. With a focus on maximizing revenue Christy works strategically with each publisher to develop a customized solution to drive revenue, protect direct sales efforts and achieve their individual ad quality standards. An 8-year digital industry veteran, Christy has held management and sales positions Boston.com, Eons.com and Burst Media. Her experience at the premium publisher, network and social media level give her a well-rounded view into the remnant advertising space and help her consult with publishers to fit the ReviNet solution to their specific needs and find ways to optimize overall revenue performance./p> |

Laurie Lerner, Director of Publisher Services
Laurie currently leads the Publisher Services Team at ReviNet. She works with our premium publishers to maximize remnant revenue and ensures we are exceeding expectations for all of our publishers. Laurie’s responsibilities include publisher implementation, ongoing strategic recommendations and account management. Prior to joining ReviNet, Laurie worked at AOL/Advertising.com as an Account Manager for premium publishers. At AOL, her responsibilities included managing network publisher implementations, optimizing advertisement fill rates, leading account reviews and developing mobile advertising strategies for key publishers. Before joining AOL, Laurie worked at e-Dialog as a Senior Program Manager where she managed client programs and relationships in the email marketing vertical. |
