Publisher Services Account Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with solid client service and online advertising experience. The primary roles for this position will be to communicate effectively with external client contacts and internal operations team in order to maintain service level expectations, and rectify issues while providing best-in-class customer service. This role will interface with all levels of management internally and externally. Ideally, this individual will have an understanding of remnant advertising challenges and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage all client service inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage growing roster of client contacts and advertiser block lists
  • Analyze and effectively communicate client program results
  • Act as publisher contact for all Zedo login questions/issues
  • Work with Ad Operations and Network Services in the activation of new clients
  • Support Director of Publisher Services in creation of new processes

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years experience managing advertising accounts (ideally working for an ad network or large web publisher)
  • Self-starter with demonstrated track record of project execution from initiation through to successful completion
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong technology skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn how technology works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced start-up environment while maintaining higher than expected service levels
  • Strong organization and time management skills
